Plov Time is absolutely incredible! The food tastes so authentic—it truly feels like the flavors from back home. The samsa and flatbread are amazing, full of rich taste and made perfectly. Ordered manti and samsi! Overall amazing food and service : pleasant and kind, delivered promptly. Doe on manti is nice and thin, lamb is diced and properly cooked (scent wise) samsi were delicious cooked traditionally in a “tandir” oven. Received a complimentary pilov - rice was phenomenal (I come from a different region we don’t add chickpeas or raisins but it was a different flavour with an authentic touch) looking forward to ordering Lagman once available 💕
